Nueva Vida Puerto Rico (NVPR) is a mission-driven organization dedicated to responsible development of affordable housing, assisted living, and senior communities across Puerto Rico. With over 30 years of combined experience in real estate, finance, and workforce development, NVPR partners with government agencies, developers, and local residents to address the island’s housing challenges.

Through innovative financing strategies—including LIHTC and CDBG-DR programs—and community collaboration, NVPR aims to expand housing access, create job opportunities, and strengthen Puerto Rico’s social and economic resilience.
